A) This is an official role playing group, paying tribute to the De La Cruz Saga by author Patricia Maicas. Patricia Maicas owns the intellectual property rights, copyright, licensing, and trademark of the De La Cruz Saga. All materials such as characters, places, names, plot points, and storylines or any other content in regard to this book series had been copyrighted by Patricia Maicas and her publishers. In short, we are in part affiliated and associated with Patricia Maicas, her staff, publishers, and/or associates. All legal action will be taken if content belonging to the De La Cruz Saga were taken without permission to the fullest extent of the laws.

B) Our group is a non-profit fan club who role plays Patricia Maicas’ book characters for entertainment purposes only. Patricia Maicas and her assistant Jenni Love, along with the group admins will be monitoring or participate in the De La Cruz Saga role play group, therefore, the final group decisions of functionality will be fall upon them. In essence, each character are played by individuals who are fans and readers of the De La Cruz Saga series, Patricia Maicas and her associates can’t be held responsible for any individual’s comments, posts or threads made by members of our group or fans of the De La Cruz Saga RP group. As a member of our group, each member acknowledged and agreed to uphold the group rules and all disclosure in regard to author Patricia Maicas intellectual properties. Such as, licensing, trademarks, copyrighted, sub-licensing, etc.

C) In honoring our great author Patricia Maicas, Admins have asked all members to portray the characters as closely to the structure of the books as much as possible. And if our members step out of bound, it is due to that individual way of character embellishment as it has nothing to do with Patricia Maicas or her associates. As a matter of fact, anything depicted herein should only be taken as opinion or suggestive ideas from the De La Cruz Saga; such as places, additional characters, names, plot, events, storylines, etc.

D) We welcome EVERYONE and love to interact with you all but please keep the content and context within reasonable behavior. We do not tolerate drama of any kind, personal attack, discrimination of sexual orientations, ethnicity, gender, and/or race.
